Six-story building in Denver Tech Center sells for $41.5M

Just when you think building prices have dropped...think again!
The Wells Core Office Income real estate investment trust bought the Jackson National Life building in the Denver Tech Center for $41.5 million.
The six-story, 182,875-square-foot building, at 7601 Technology Way, was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale, according to Wells.
